The Society Table is our specialty class and it changes every quarter. Each season we teach a different sourdough bake that expands what you can make at home with your starter. Traditional sourdough method, real ingredients, real results. Because once you have a starter going, there is so much more you can do with it than a classic loaf.

Whether you are just getting started or have been baking for a while, each season is a chance to elevate your sourdough game and broaden what lands on your table. No prior experience needed and each season works as a standalone class.

Past participants and Souldough community members get first access to each new season before spots open publicly.

This season: Gluten Free Sourdough

If you or someone in your family eats gluten free, you already know how expensive and disappointing most gluten free bread is. Good gluten free sourdough exists. It just almost never ends up on a shop shelf in Hong Kong.

We see the demand for it every single drop. People want it but the cost of buying it regularly does not make sense. Making your own does. That is exactly why we built this class.

In this 2 hour hands-on session you will:

  • Learn what makes gluten free sourdough different: how the dough behaves, why it needs different handling, and what to expect from the process.

  • Mix and work with a real gluten free sourdough dough: not a demonstration, your own hands in your own dough from start to finish.

  • Understand your gluten free starter: how to feed it, maintain it, and use it reliably at home.

  • Bake a proper loaf on the day: you will score and bake a fermented gluten free dough during class so you see the full result before you leave.

  • Leave knowing exactly how to repeat it: no guesswork, no vague instructions, just a clear process that works at home.

This class is for you if:

  • You or someone you cook for eats gluten free and you are tired of expensive disappointing bread.

  • You want to understand gluten free sourdough properly, not just follow a recipe and hope for the best.

  • You have been curious about it but assumed it was too complicated or too expensive to make at home.

What is included and what you take home:

  • A full hands-on experience with all ingredients, tools and instruction provided.

  • A baked gluten-free sourdough loaf from the session.

  • Your own gluten-free dough to take home and finish baking.

  • A live gluten-free starter with a feeding and care guide.

  • A handwritten recipe card.

  • Light refreshments and snacks from our kitchen during the session.

  • Class size: Maximum 6 people

  • Price: HK$1,080 per person. Early bird HK$980 when you book 2 or more weeks ahead. (Get in touch for unique discount codes!)

  • Private bookings: HK$3,600 for 2 people, HK$1,050 per additional person up to 6. (6 people works out to HK$1,300 each)
