Calling All Little Chefs!

Ever wonder how a tiny bubbly "starter" turns into a crispy, chewy, delicious pizza crust? Join us for a fast-paced, flour-filled session where kids and adults become master pizza makers. Unlike standard pizza parties, we’ll be working with authentic sourdough, learning the "stretch and fold" secrets that make the best crust in the world.

What We’ll Be Doing:

  • The Dough Discovery: Every student gets their own ball of long-fermented sourdough. We’ll skip the rolling pins and learn the "Piano Finger" technique to stretch our dough like the pros in Italy.

  • The Topping Laboratory: From classic Margherita to the "everything-but-the-kitchen-sink" special, kids will customise their personal pies from our fresh topping bar.

  • The Science of Bubbles: While the pizzas bake at high heat, we’ll take a quick, fun look at how wild yeast creates those giant "leopard spots" on our crust.

  • The Pizzeria Design Studio: While the ovens do the hard work, students will design their own custom pizza boxes to take home any leftovers (if there are any!).
